Online Shopping Enquiries

  1. How do I make an online purchase?
  2. You only have to follow these simple steps:

  1. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
  2. Yes, you will! An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via Email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

  3. How do I cancel my order?
  4. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, no further changes can be made. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission. For complete details please refer to our Shopping Policy.

  5. I have ordered and confirmed payment with Luxor Beauty World (LBW). What should I do next?
  6. Well, you are all caught up! All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

  7. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
  8. Yes, you will be receiving an Order Number and a confirmation email upon a successful transaction. You may also use the Order Number to track the progress of your order on our Order Tracking Page, and as reference to our Customer Service Representative given if you have any further inquiries regarding your order.

  9. If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?
  10. When you added your desired item to the cart, it does not guarantee your booking of the item. If you do not proceed to checkout and made payment immediately, your item still is subjected to change in stock, price and discounts rule.


Online Payment

  1. What payment options do you have?
  2. We currently accept payment via MasterCard and Visa Credit or Debit Card issued by local Malaysian banks only.

    We also accept online payments via Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline and MEPS/FPX (All banks including RHB and Bank Islam).

  3. How do I know if my payment is successful?
  4. Upon payment success, you will receive an on-screen prompt to inform you that the payment has been received. At the same time, you will also receive an invoice from Luxor Beauty World via email.

  5. Why was my payment rejected?
  6. There are various reasons why your payment may have been rejected. Have a look at the following steps to see if any applies:

  • Credit Card

  • Check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order.

    Note: Only credit cards issued by local Malaysian banks are accepted.

  • Online Banking

  • Ensure that you have registered an online banking account with your local bank.

    Ensure you have disabled your browser pop-up blocker in order to complete the payment window.

Delivery Enquiries

  1. How much is the delivery charge?

  2. It’s only a flat rate of RM10 (Peninsular Malaysia) regardless of weight. However, this delivery charge will be waived if you meet the requirement of our FREE DELIVERY WITH PURCHASE promotion.

  3. What Delivery Service does Luxor Beauty World use?

  4. We use NationWide or TNTT Services to deliver within Peninsular Malaysia

  5. When will my order ship?

  6. Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, shipping could take a bit longer so be patient my friend! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Refund/Exchange Enquiries

  1. How do I request for a refund?

  2. I have received a damaged/faulty/incorrect product! Can I request for a product exchange?

  3. How long before I can receive my exchanged product(s)?
